An old apartment from the 60s, with only 55 m2, is given a fresh look via a demolition of an existing wall that divided a bedroom from the kitchen.
A new open space is thus created, containing the living room & the kitchen, taking full advantage of the natural light from both South & West.

Clean, simple lines and a limited material palette, seek to further enphasize the open plan.
